Real estate

I'm not sure where the real estate market is heading. I've thought that for a long time it would sink dramatically in Norway, but it hasn't.

It's falling now, but nowhere near the pace I thought it would be... probably because of the healthy economy of Norway.

I see the US, british, spanish and danish market struggling, but it appears to be "under control". The control here is very fragile I recon and it will loose control if the oil  and inflation continues to rise. This must be the most interesting time for economyaddicts as myself!

The shift of power

I've read about Bernanke for some time now and I'm somewhat surprised by the path he has chosen.
Americans has been "maxing out" everything for years now and foreclosure date is upon them. Still Bernanke cuts the interest rate in an "inflational" pace and Bush prints more money. It's like trying to repair a broken dam using nothing but your bare hands... Well... it's not working I'm afraid.
It's time to pay up.

My advice is for americans to do what they're best at... take a beating and get back up! You could call it... ride out the storm.
